Firstly and perhaps most importantly we require a written  letter of introduction. We would like to get to know more about you, your hobbies, interests and attributes. You should also indicate your reasons for wanting to undertake a GAP year. What would make you a GAP student, one sought after by a school overseas and how will the school benefit from employing you as their GAP student. Explain any of your past travel experiences whether it be on a school trip, a co curricular activity or with your family.
 


Each year overseas schools may look for different attributes in the skills possessed by GAP students so be sure to mention all your capabilities – Sell Yourself!

You should attach a current resume similar to the example that has been provided. Please ensure these details are correct and that you are sure to notify Letz Live via email if you move or change address after submission of your application.

We require three written references one of which needs to come from your education provider. Other references may include sporting coaches, music tutors, family friends and employers. Please ensure they provide a contact telephone number and email address where possible.

Letz Live will confirm its receipt and make contact with you to organise an interview. Once the interview has been completed Letz Live will contact your references and then approach suitable schools on your behalf. Remember this process can be lengthy, however in the past we have had GAP students interviewed and placed within 6hours.
