Letz Live is a student friendly organisation, that’s why we understand the importance of providing a service that provides value for money and why, by using our experience as ex-GAP students we have negotiated discounts with tour companies and other organisations that make the cost of your lifetime experience, all the more attractive.

 

After your application has been submitted to Letz Live you will be requested to attend a compulsory interview. At this time payment of your non-refundable deposit of $70 is expected. This fee covers the cost of processing your application. Most interviews will be held at your school or at a mutually convenient venue shortly following the application closing date.


Should your application be successful and a position found, a placement fee of $2370 will be charged upon receiving confirmation of your placement. Upon completion and return of your GAP year, Letz Live will reimburse you $150. A nice way to kick start your 'return to Australia wardrobe' and help you buy the latest beach going attire to reclaim that lost tan.

The Letz Lives fee includes your GAP year placement (Letz Live research and visit all schools offering GAP positions*) and allows us to continue providing our GAP students with the experience of a lifetime. Additionally, the placement fee is also inclusive of all your;

Visa and entry clearances
Worldwide hostel membership
Two nights accommodation upon arrival in either London or Vancouver
Guided city tour of London or Vancouver by Letz Live (January only)
Countless discounts on tours and other travel products
United Kingdom or Canadian SIM Card prior to departure
Escorted by Letz Live on selected flights departing Australia (January only)
Access to 'GAP-CHAT' our online chatroom only for our GAP students!!!


We don’t believe in charging you extra, unnecessary fees for certain things which you may be able to find cheaper through travel agencies, airlines or travel insurance providers. These (airfares, travel insurance & luggage) items are not covered by Letz Live, however, our sister company LETZ TRAVEL can negotiate reduced rates for Letz Live GAP students, and their family and friends.

 

*From time-to-time schools join our program at the later stage of our recuitment meaning Letz Live does not have ample opportunity to visit the school prior to your arrival. However, we do make every effort to gain as much information as possible to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
